* Excellent infrastructure. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and has several excellent pools. We particularly enjoyed having separate pool areas, including a quiet pool. * Great beach access. The beach is beautiful, peaceful and very easy to access from the resort. * Good variety of restaurants and food options. The resort is well organized and the restaurants are generally clean and pleasant. * Very good leisure facilities. We believe this is an especially good option for families with children, as there are many activities and spaces for entertainment. * Excellent service from Mari in Hotel Operations. My father needed a ground-floor room, which we had not requested in advance. Mari was extremely helpful and managed to accommodate us perfectly. Her service was exceptional. * Japanese restaurant was a good experience, with good food and service. * Cores da Bahia was the highlight of the entertainment program. It was the only show during our stay that really stood out and felt professionally produced.

* Housekeeping was disappointing. During our five-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned. The trash was removed and the bed was made, but there was no proper room cleaning. * No towel station at the quiet pool. You have to walk across the resort to get towels from another pool, which is inconvenient. * No elevators. The buildings have three floors, but there are no elevators, which can be a significant issue for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. * Service is inconsistent. We experienced some truly excellent employees, but also several situations where the service was disorganized or simply poor, particularly in the restaurants. * Mediterranean restaurant was a very poor experience. We were forgotten by the staff and had to look for someone to take our drink order. My wife’s salmon arrived raw, and my kebab had a strong taste of a dirty grill. We would not recommend this restaurant. * French restaurant was extremely slow and disorganized. The food was good, but three identical meat dishes arrived with completely different cooking points. Dinner took around two hours, including approximately one hour waiting between the starter and the main course. * Italian restaurant was good overall, but again, be careful when ordering meat because the cooking point was inconsistent. * Food quality is inconsistent. Traditional/local dishes were often excellent, but other dishes ranged from average to disappointing. Nothing was particularly outstanding overall. * Entertainment was below expectations. Most of the theater shows were disappointing. Compared with cruise-ship entertainment, the production quality felt significantly lower. Cores da Bahia was the exception. * Bring your own reusable bottle. The resort provides glass bottles that guests refill at water stations in the corridors, which is a nice sustainability initiative, but the cleanliness of the bottles and especially the caps is difficult to verify.

Beach was lovely, environment was friendly and inviting, good mix of activities.

Bathrooms need to be updated.

The wrist key for the door was very problematic. Replaced it 3 times and was still highly unreliable. Buffet became somewhat predictable after a few days
