Great location, clean and well appointed unit. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Quiet considering how close we were to shops etc. A perfect spot to enjoy the gold coast with the family.
Nothing - it was great value for money and a perfect location

The units were well-equipped, comfy and clean and a short walk to the beach
The balcony facing north was great as I could sit in the sun and read a book
I LOVED the beach chairs that were provided & access to the spa & BBQ
Jenny & Darryl were very responsive to my requests.
No beach view, but that was to be expected as we were one street back from the beach - a minor issue

It was near everything
You could hear other people from the next apartment. Especially at night you could hear what other people are doing in the next apartment.
The place a bit noise especially in the early hours of the morning.
The sun is annoying in the morning maybe you need to put some heavy curtains to prevent sun entering in the early hours of the morning.
