Very clean room. Air conditioning and the refrigerator were a godsend in the hot weather.
Great access to the metro so easy to get to the city centre.
Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to groceries and shops
Management very quick at getting back and efficient - was able to check in early as the room was available which was brilliant!
Some people may find the single rooms a bit tiny, especially the bathroom and shower. Worked fine for me not being tall.
Couldnt figure out how to access the garbage room to discard of recyclables - maybe some instrucrions in the room or at the desk.

Location to my family
Didn’t get any clean towels in a 3 day stay despite following instructions given so had to re use wet towels for 2 days and nights
Pictures leed you to believe that you have a lovely little private terrace with table and chairs but it is decorative only and we could not access

To start with: they saved my trip! Had to cancel another accommodation I had booked due to a roof reconstruction that I wasn‘t made aware off! After an extremely hot and short night I changed short notice to Residence Aurmat and they saved my trip by making a very early check-in possible. The room I had was very clean, very cozy and very quiet! Well equipped with everything I needed (small kitchenette, good mattress, modern bathroom) for a comfortable stay! It‘s situated 2 minutes from a Metro station, 2 bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants!
Nothing!

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the property manager was seamless, courteous, and very helpful with our requests. The property itself is in an ideal spot, with metro and bus stops just a short two-minute walk away, plus plenty of nearby places to eat. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness—it was freshly serviced and smelled great every single day when we returned.
Our stay had a few drawbacks: there is no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow, which makes handling luggage quite difficult. The room was extremely small with very limited floor space to move around comfortably. While we enjoyed roaming around Paris, we felt the price was a bit high for what was offered. It might work well for young backpackers, but we wouldn't recommend it for travelers with family seeking a comfortable budget stay.
