The temperature, it was so hot inside the apartment

to be briefed on radiators. Immediate action and attention for the Heater/Electricity problem in the bathroom. Immediate action and attention for the dishwasher problem.

The linens were probably changed on Friday, the day before we arrived and we were concerned that someone stayed in the room before us and used the linens. The routine cleaning took place on Fridays during our stay. The fridge cover did not close and an alarm sound went on. Very annoying. This has to be fixed. The small table in the main room was shaky, partly broken. The remote control in the bedroom did not work. I wasn't informed in advance that the cleaners would come on Friday morning.

Perfect location that is central to a lot of sights and near the bus and train station. It was a great size and suited needs perfectly.

I have no complaints.

The apartment was very comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen was equipped enough for basic cooking. The common room was quite spacious. There was a washing machine and dishwasher, that make longer stayes more comfortable. I reccoment it and I would deffinitely choose it again!

There was no coffee. It would also be great if there was an umbrella, because - well - it's Scotland :)

Great location, met by the agent at the property with the keys, very friendly and punctual. Lovely flat very comfortable with everything needed only negative maybe could do with a fan in the flat and the bedroom curtain pole needs fixing. Overall very happy and will stay here again.

Exceptionally clean & lovely apartment & so helpful having a washing machine & 2 bathrooms. Located 5 minutes away from shops. Many eateries nearby. Communication with our hosts was great. The secure dedicated underground parking in the city centre.

The beds were a little too soft and gave me a backache. Ended up sleeping on the sofa after 2 nights which was comfortable enough.

Location was excellent

The property was tired and the bed was like a sponge, it was no different than the same flat previously rented on the 7th floor but this was tired also but had better layout and firmer bed, and had complimentary tea bags / coffee and milk in fridge to great us, unfortunately none of these were available in this flat

central location , ideal for a short city break, Graham was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble.

A fantastic location with lots of space and light made it a lovely base to come back and relax / recharge before enjoying more of the wonderful city of Glasgow.

Great location, 10 min walk to city centre. really clean and had everything from dishwasher to ironing board, Hoover, bags etc . Staff were really accommodating and really helpful and waited for us when we got stuck on the M6. We were on floor 11, views were amazing at night
