L'apartament i situació. Està molt ben preparat, no falta res, només que la bomba de calor/fred no ha funcionat, però sort de que la temperatura ha sigut perfecta Es per tornar!!! Gràcies Gabriela,, per tota la teva atenció 😘

L'arrivée chaotique n'ayant plus de réception tout se fait par tél et whatsapp. J'ai du appeler booking client pour précisions quant au paiement qui aurait dû se faire à la réception, la personne me disant que je pouvais payer en liquides, elle passerais à l'appartement !! À la limite de la vétusté pour la salle de bains. Grands placards de cuisine mais manque de matériel pour cuisiner. Pas de torchons. Aucune indication pour le tri poubelle. Quant au seau du ménage il n'a même pas été vidé. J'ai réclamé un grille pain que l'on devait m'apporter, je l'attends encore... Changement de propriétaire pourquoi pas encore faut il être un peu plus professionnel. Il ne suffit pas de boîtes à clés et d'un téléphone pour considérer que le job de réceptionniste peut disparaître laissant le client se débrouiller avec pour tout contact un numéro de téléphone affiché sur la porte d'entrée

Convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and the keyless entry is good.

Before being able to check in I needed to make a bank transfer for payment and then show proof of this. It would be more convenient if I was informed of this when booking so i could do this before i arrived at the property, this would save having to stand outside for 15 with low battery and poor phone signal trying to make the transfer. It wasn't a big deal but I think it would make it more convenient.

Right in the heart of old town Villa Joyosa & near the beach & cafes. The apartment met all your basic needs for cooking if required. Room was quite cool considering the heatwave in July. Alex was very helpful. The locals are very friendly also. 10 mins to tram stop & supermarkets.Thank you for all your help.

As long as you don't mind walking up a hill to the main old town for the tram & supermarkets every thing is good.

Location is amazing and staff were lovely and really helpful. I stayed here for 3 weeks.

I didn’t like my first room (as the furniture was a little tired and shabby) and they moved me as soon as another room was available.

2 - 3 minutes walk to the beach front, lovely walks along the strip. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going to Villajoyosa, Spain. The best and reliable Taxi on the Island is Paco ask for he's number at the reception of these apartment's. I rate these apartment's 10 out of 10.

I liked everything.

The complex was really quite, it was lovely and clean and it had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Its proximity to beech, restaurants and walking facilities is fantastic just minutes away.
