The location is fantastic! Close to all the shops and restaurants and the free alcohol and snacks and sweets are amazing!
Toilet is a bit too small

The hotel's location is ideal, a block Kokusai-dori, the main shopping street, and importantly near the entrance to the covered market areas. The hotel had all sorts of snacks and beverages at different times. It was very welcoming.
The elevator was slow and stairs were not really an option due to how they exited the building. The room was good and functional, but not spacious or stylish.

Location is perfect, just next to Kokusai Dori Street. Our room not inclusive of breakfast but I love the complimentary ice cream and afternoon snacks!
What I did not like the most is the cleaning service. I stayed for 3 nights and just found out that they only clean the rooms every 3 nights which means that I have to stay in the dirty rooms and unmade bed throughout my stay!!! I like everything else about this hotel but I will not return just for this one factor and the price is not cheap so I really expect the cleaning service.

"The Hotel is located centrally, close to Makishi market on Kokusai Street.
The staff was simply lovely, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet.
Breakfast was stunning and full of Okin..."
