reception area was comfy and relaxing, breakfast area was nice and clean, didn't have breakfast but it looked good from whati could see,
room a little on the small side, personally I didnt think the room was value for the price we paid but that's just my opinion

The location was excellent and the staff very kind and forthcoming. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for storing clothes, luggages etc. The owner also allowed our dog in the rooms, though they seem to have had lots of bad experience with allowing pets of careless owners. We also highly appreciated the extra room with heating for the skiboots, which allwed boots to dry over night. There is also a separate location to store skiis and snowboards with plenty of space per room. Breakfast was plenty, but mostly carbs as options. Some tomatoes, cucumber and paprika would be a nice addition, but what is offered is of quality and delicious.
Our cupboard in the main room smelled like sewage when left closed, probably due to proximity to the toilets. Still rather unpleasent, but after leaving door open and ventilating regularly it was ok. The lights in the toilet had a life on their own, it worked when it wanted.

it was a very sweet property in the perfect location for some skiing and in the middle of town for restaurants. the hotel staff were excellent very friendly and helped us make bookings for restaurants

Great location. Near many restaurants. Ski in. 50 meters to ski lift for ski out. Near an hotel with SPA facilities.

I had requested two single beds, and when we arrived we got a room with a small double bed..
The staff was very helpful though, and manage to get us a room the next day with two single beds..

Location, location, location.
Someone described it as “rustic”. To me it’s just worn out.
Lady at the reception desk made a billing error and couldn’t/didn’t know how to refund my credit card. American Express representative was incredulous. The hotel refunded money to my bank account.

The location and the kindness of the staff.
The lack of elevator makes you carry your luggage up the floors. The long stair from the road to the entrance is difficult to climb up or down in the snow with your luggage or your skis, particularly with your ski boots on.
