My husband, who is barely aware of wherever we’re staying, went nuts when he entered our room for the first time. And when our 3 nights were over, he told me how sad he was to leave. Perfect vibe, location across from an amazing park, great breakfast, and gracious, welcoming staff. I was sad to leave too

Excellent location and very affordable! Staff were friendly too. Great place to stay for a short visit to Lisbon.
They ran out of towels late at night, and maybe a few more hooks next to the showers would be nice. But overall no complaints

Location and staff.
Tha air conditioning didn’t work properly, and twice we had to ask the staff to come to fix it.
The bathroom door handles were broken.
The elevator was smelling bad.

Location is great and there is AC in the room
One of the female bathroom on the third floor, there are only three showers and three toilet. However, ONLY ONE of the shower has hot water, which is insane. ALL of the toilets has something wrong with it, one of the door couldn't be closed properly, one of the toilet doesn't flush properly, the door lock of the last one is broken. Also, the bed itself is clean but the bed frame is not, full of dirt.
