Location and size of room
My son and I left a few items (AirPods and my jacket) we immediately informed them. But they couldn’t find them. Which is strange and asked us to follow once new guest leaves. I literally left my jacket hanging inside the closet. So they didn’t check? AirPods were left by bedside. Find my AirPods could show location and after a day it had a different location so obviously someone took it. Was expecting more because it’s a 4 star hotel and it’s Japan

The location was convenient to the trains and walkable to restaurants and shopping in the area. I was very fond of the daily breakfast buffet. The options were so plentiful that it was possible to enjoy a different breakfast every morning and the view during breakfast was priceless.

This hotel feels like home when returning here. My family will not stay or try any where else in Osaka that's how good it is. Cleanliness is exception and the location to The Walk, Dotonbori, Den Den and the subways is amazing. Another bonus is have the DCM department store straight underneath the hotel.
