Location was great. Bar with party night was on the street. We could leave our luggage for later check out.

We had a wonderful stay - our room was spacious enough, super clean, cozy and comfortable. The owners are very nice people and their house is a masterpiece. A nice thing is a bar downstairs - the prices are fair and it’s really nice to chill out there. The B&B is located near the city center and it’s just 20 min walk along gorgeous streets towards the train station.

The only thing that spoiled our stay was music from the other bar - there was a party right under our appartment and music was soo loud that made everything vibrating inside! We felt like we’re in the night club. It was insane, taking into account how tired we were after a long day in Venice.

It was our second time at Locanda San Tomaso, and for a reason: We just love it! Everything about it. So many nice details, furniture and decoration, such beautiful rooms, the best breakfast one could imagine. The bar downstairs at the corner. The town. And a train visit to Venice.

Drapery on windows could have blocked out the light at night a bit better. Loud bar scene one night but it was all over at 10:00.

Architecturally interesting interior, specifically our top floor corner room. Very nice breakfast. Good location.

Major miscommunication with the owner/manager regarding where to park our car during the Tuesday market. Our car was towed, costing 17 euros for a taxi to the tow lot and 150 euros to get our car back. Also, parking in the lots require payment: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, so you have to get to the lot before 8:00 to pay and put the ticket on your car. Very inconvenient.

Great place with a great location! Friendly hosts and tasty breakfast. Stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the city and easy getting to Venice. Room was cozy with a personal touch and history remarks and things. Thank You for the beautiful Italian experience!

Very cozy place, charming host, good breakfast. Felt more like staying at friends place than in hotel. Conditioner with adjustable settings. Good location - not very busy, green areas around to go for a walk, max 20min walk from train station. Room was as advertised on pics.

Can be noizy because of bar/restaurant (~till midnight) and street - closed windows didnt help much, but we used to it and from second night it felt fine.

Charming house with lots of extraordinary details, paintings, books, eg in our room there were also book of Dante And Rossinis libretos, grand collection of classic music vinyls etc. The host was very nice and helpful Italian gentleman. The breakfast was like a masterpiece with berries, grapes, muesli, yoghurt, croissants, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, juice and cakes. The location is good to walk to the central old town for 5 min. Possible to buy cold water and prosecco. If you get the room near the main street, do not forget to close the outer covering window to lessen noise and light from the street.

Maybe would have liked breakfast and check-out a bit later 11-12 am.

The whole facility is very thoughtfully decorated. The room itself was very clean and well kept, with all the facilities working as expected. The breakfast is excellent and is more of an experience. Both the owners are very warm and it was wonderful to have conversations with them.

Wonderful, individual property, lovingly decorated. Lovely touches and very homely. Fantastic breakfast, beautifully served. We were on a cycling tour and unfortunately could only stay one night. Treviso is a lovely town.

air conditioning didn’t work at the time ( it was April and staff said it’s not hot enough this is why it doesn’t work) in the evenings is a bit noisy because of a few bars that are opened in the same building.

Very nice rooms, a superb breakfast, and a perfect location in the old town.

after we booked in we had no contact with the accommodation providers. we had a single top sheet on our double bed. Obviously the sheet did not cover the blanket which was on ours face - not a nice sleep
