It is very difficult to find fault with property but if I had to say anything then I think that the kitchen equipment provided could be described as slightly random with things that you would hardly use on holiday but lacking in practical things like toaster and microwave.

Great location with superb views over Lake Trasimeno particularly Sunset. Ideal for visiting various places of interest like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and the Islands of Lake Trasimeno. Also great walking and cycling not far away. Lovely pool and garden. It is not a hideaway in the hills but in the middle of a village; Not a negative at all but worth knowing. Passignano sul Trasimeno just down the road is very nice. Great for 10 days exploring the area👍🏻

Comfortable apartment with beautiful lake view. Balcony was great for watching sunsets. Good base to explore Lake Trasimeno and surrounding beautiful towns in Umbria. Great host, very welcoming.

A silent neighbourhood, a good startingpoint for tours

Breakfast was on our own. A bottle of wine to welcome us was unexpected and appreciated. Recommendations for restaurants were provided. They gave us help and advice for everything we asked. Parking was easy and plentiful.Fabulous in every way. Riccardo and Christina were terrific hosts. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful setting, kind and friendly hosts, easy to get to, stunning sunset views from private terrace, open and airy. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Our host Riccardo was amazing! He gave us great tips for food and attractions and was available whenever we needed. He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!
