Founda Gardens Apartments

3 Bedroom Apartment #21 on 8th floor. Spacious open plan living area and kitchen. View of the Brisbane River was nice and multiple balconies meant enough room for everyone.

Bathrooms are aging. En-suite Shower wouldn’t run properly. Bed in second double room was not comfortable. No additional blankets in 2 bedrooms and bedding was a sheet and a bed spread.

I think if I were to buy an apartment in the Brisbane area, this is the sort of property I would be looking for. It was within 1km of the ferry, bus, and train. It had views over the river and the city. It had an amazing floor plan, I would be nitpicking to find faults with it. It had all the amenities that I required, and the cupboards were stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and eat. Bell, the manager, was able to accommodate our late arrival, and he was able to help with everything I asked of him.

The only fault I found was the screen doors out to the balconies. A couple of the doors had no screens, and one had a screen that you had a little trouble opening. The main doors we used had no screens, so we just left them open whilst we were there to let the breeze in and had them shut for the rest of the time.
