The hotel was great and the staff were fantastic. Very good day excursions and activities.
A huge problem was the staff ordering me a taxi across the country for the next part of my trip. I requested a 7 seater less than 2 years old and to include all taxes and charged accordingly (20,000 rupees) I received a taxi 7 years + old which broke down twice and had no functioning AC for a 9 hour journey. Workmen were using rope to tie things in the engine. The vehicle hadn't paid the taxes and was subsequently held up by police across state who requested cash payments. Very unprofessional and poorly organised. I also missed the connecting train I was travelling for and have no been compensated.

Food was good. But demanding extra money for every extra facility. जो ऑनलाइन दिखता है वो नही था।
Demand extra payment for kids.
