The apartment was clean and is perfectly located close to the best part of the beach in Peraia. Even though it’s very close to the beach bars and restaurants it is very quit. The host Smaragda is very helpful and responsive and will take care of all of your needs.

The entrance is on the side of the building next to a gravel parking lot but it’s not really a big deal.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden alles war so wie es hätte sein sollen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, large enough with a beautiful big balcony (plus another extra large shared balcony). Parking isn't a problem since in front of the entrance there is large parking which can be full on the weekend but it's always possible to find another place to park (on the side, a few meters further, etc). The location is very good since it is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and it is in a relatively quiet and calm neighborhood. Mosquito nets are installed and a washing machine is present which is always a nice plus and can be very useful.

The apartment is generally clean, but there are some parts that should be cleaned asap since that parts are very dirty (the big ceiling fan has layers of dust, the area under the bed is also dirty, and there is dust and cobweb in corners). The bathroom drainage system is a joke, after one shower bathroom is flooded, that should be also fixed asap. There wasn't a cleaning service at all, we only received an additional set of towels and sheets and that's it. It was ok for us, but still, it was unusual since we previously always had some kind of maintenance/cleaning.

Die Nähe zum Strand und der Strandpromenade.

Leider kein Traum. Sehr abgerockt, vieles defekt und schmutzig. Da hilft auch keine Hilfsbereitschaft.
