Location was fantastic, walking distance to Queen's park and Grand Central in the city centre. The rooms were clean and contained everything that was advertised, parking was right outside the room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Overall great value for money.
The matress was very soft, my personal preference is a harder matress, but this is just me. Otherwise, the noise coming from outside the room was a bit loud at times, although this is completely normal and did not affect our stay at all.

Had a really lovely stay here. The staff were amazing super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again!

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place smelled fresh and clean. It met our needs for the weekend and was quite central for what we wanted to see
We couldn't fault the room and staff but it was a bit of a hassle trying to turn right as there are traffic lights just down from the entrance
