The Landlord was absolutely outstanding with excellent communication throughout (non intrusive but always available with rapid responses). The apartment was very clean, has great space and had all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay, with private parking and great access to supermarkets and food outlets (Sushi, BK, small cafe's etc). Real great location to use as a base to visit the beach (20 min walk) or get the train (station is 10 min walk and trains are frequent) to the city and other beaches. Whenever I visit Oeiras next, this is the accommodation that I will book.

The location was perfect, living room was spacious and comfortable

Boiler kept failing but the owner was around to help. Could have been cleaner and bed was firmer than we liked

Breakfast not included, but all facilities available for food preparation. Instant hot water in kitchen and bath and shower. Incredible range of facilities, including first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Tv, and streaming options available. Books, cds in abundance. Everything in exceptional condition. Met by host : very welcoming and informative about the area. Possible to walk to the station. Just superb!

Absolutely nothing!

Clean, spacious, confortable, pretty, well equipped with all the amenities you need, great location 25min walk to the beach close to supermarket, with a parking space in a place where parking is scarce, super friendly and helpful owner.

No view since it's a basement floor apartment.

Great location will the bare necessities nearby. Very quiet and met by the owner who helped with all and any requests for information. Very clean and with all the modern requirements for a comfortable stay.
