We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosapetra, with the exceptional service and hospitality exceeding our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help with any requests. The spa was fantastic, offering a beautifully relaxing experience, while breakfast had an excellent variety of high-quality options.

For a premium room, we felt the space was a little on the small side, particularly given the price point. While the restaurant served excellent food, we also found the pricing slightly steep.

Our stay at Rosapetra was outstanding. The front desk and concierge was always pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We were visiting for our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a delicious homemade chocolate cake baked that morning, fresh fruit, a bottle of champagne and a hand written card which we took home and will remember forever. We always looked forward to passing through the lobby to see the smiling faces of the staff. The concierge spent a generous time with us reviewing local maps and provided important insight that made our hiking plans more efficient and enjoyable. We are at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner every night and the staff was extremely professional, courteous and kind. They have a sommelier on staff who came over and explained what options were available on the wine menu. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Some of our favorite dishes for dinner were the lobster linguini, the lamb chops and the garden stuffed zucchini with ricotta. For breakfast the fresh made eggs, chocolate stuffed croissant and wide variety of fresh food was spectacular. The spa was beautiful and clean, it had everything we needed and more. Our favorite routine after a long day of hiking was visiting the spa to use the saunas and cold plunge. They also had a variety of other spa options and relaxation rooms that we used including heated water beds. We moved around to different hotels during this trip and this was is by far the best hotel to stay at in Cortina D’Ampezzo. If you are visiting Dolomites this is the best spot to stay! We can’t say enough great things about our experience and treatment at Rosapetra. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 10/10!!!

Schönes Design und sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit der Bezeichnung „Superior DZ“ gebucht, für 493,-€ (!!!!!) pro Nacht inkl Frühstück. Wir haben uns auf Grund des Preises echten Luxus erwartet. Die Realität sah leider ganz anders aus… Es gab kein Empfangsgetränk wie das in Häusern dieser Kategorie eigentlich üblich ist. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, das Holz der Wandvertäfelung hat muffig gerochen und somit das ganze Zimmer, es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Lüftung die über ein Paneel an der Wand zu steuern war, hat nicht funktioniert. Somit hatten wir trotz 24h komplett geöffnetem Fenster nachts eine Temperatur von über 25Grad im Zimmer bei einer Außentemperatur von deutlich unter 20 Grad. Aber wirklich entsetzt waren wir von dem nicht vorhandenen Ausblick. Das Fenster war winzig klein und da das Zimmer unter Dach war und der Dachüberstand bis vor das Fenster ging, konnte man nur auf ein paar Meter vor dem Haus blicken und weder die umliegenden Berge noch den Himmel sehen. Und das für den Preis??? Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem bezahlten Upgrade wurde uns zwar freundlich ein Angebot für den Aufpreis gemacht, aber das war so utopisch und geradezu lächerlich. Wir hätten fast nochmal den gleichen Betrag aufzahlen müssen um ein Zimmer gleicher Größe (also nach wie vor extrem klein) aber mit Aussicht zu bekommen. Wir haben dankend verzichtet und waren einfach nur froh nur 2 Nächte gebucht zu haben!
