Okinawa Harborview Hotel

Amazing hotel, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. About a 10 min walk to the city centre. 7/11 inside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the outdoor pool was a welcome feature. The location was convenient for the airport, the monorail and Kokusai-dori, making it a practical choice for a short stay in Naha.

Some parts of the hotel and the rooms felt slightly dated compared with more modern hotels. It is also a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area rather than being directly in the centre.

The amenities are excellent, with a lovely pool area and gym. The breakfast options are perfect, great variety. The staff was very kind and very helpful. We felt very safe staying there during the typhoon season.

Hotel was undergoing renovations so noisy in the day time. One day I wanted to sleep in and was disturbed and asked multiple times by staff to clean my room. This was reported by staff to reception. When the sign says do not disturb please let me sleep. Breakfast times were confusing and although arriving with 30 minutes to go I was told to hurry up and things were being cleared away around me presumably to be disposed of. Lots of good breakfast options but no one bothered to explain them to me despite staff outnumbering guests. I felt like I was a bit of a nuisance but I heard other guests complain.
