Everything was perfect at this hotel. It's a simple but very comfortable hotel, with excellent cleanliness, a good breakfast and an amazing view of Tbilisi. However, the biggest difference is in the service. Mari and her family are extremely kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel; it's a true reflection of Georgian hospitality and kindness.
Everything was great, but it's important to point out that there may be limitations (stairs) for people with reduced mobility.

Lovely hotel with a friendly and helpful team. A beautiful spot for breakfast overlooking Tblisi. Expect to do some walking up steep inclines, it’s on the slope near Mother of Georgia. BooBoo the dog is also a wonderful host!

The room we had had a massive balcony looking over the old town and oozed personality. It was beautifully clean and Maria who owns the hotel was just Gorgeous. The atmosphere and the communal room at the top with great balconies. Breakfast was excellent and Maria served us early as we had to get out for a tour. It’s a steep walk up but worth every step!

My stay was beyond perfection. Mary, the owner, is truly one of a kind—her level of kindness is something you rarely find. When I politely asked if there was a room with a table for work, she immediately arranged a full computer desk in my room without hesitation.
Even though I was the only guest, the entire staff made me feel like a family member. That personal touch and genuine care made all the difference. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.
