Разнообразие еды очень понравилось. Особенно ужин, на любой вкус найдется выбор.

Не понравилось что пару дней не работали основные лифты и приходилось ждать очередь чтоб воспользоваться лифтами, благо работали лифты для персонала. Еще не понравился запах из канализации который доносился ночью и утром

I liked the roof top, having amazing food available to us all the time and fun plans that they provided for their customers. Their entertainment team were fun also. the drinks were so good too. they have multiple bars in different areas that makes it easy for the tourists to enjoy their time. Restaurant was great and view was good. whole are was clean.

a lady in front desk told us that we have to change our room although three other receptions told us to stay at the same room since we had two different reservation for our stay. It was very inconvenient and wasted one day of our trip since they did not have the room ready for couple of hours and we had to stay in lobby with all of our stuff. Most of the staff were friendly but that one time room changing ruined one day of our trip. elevator is a nightmare too. It is always broken and we had to use stairs from floor 10 a few times.

Az ennivaló kiváló volt ,itt senki se marad éhesen az biztos!A bárok,műsorok is nagyon tetszettek és persze a csúszda a kislányomnak.A Mini Disco is szuper minden este:)

A kisboltban nagyon rossz minőségű papucs 1óra alatt szétment,a srác arogánsan elküldött ,hogy nincs csere.Szerencsére a manager segített és végül sikerült …

If someone like meat , its ok but food is not too much variable. Good access to bus station and good location for shopping. hairdresser is so much professional.

Hotel is not 5 star , accommodation is not good, the hotel didn’t have disco , for everything we must stand in line , its not clean hotel special in area , hotel didn’t have enough place but too much people were in hotel . we arrived in hotel kl 5 am , and manager said they couldn’t stay in lobby until kl 14 , after I became angry bcoz I know rules of all inclusive, they apologize about this bad behavior, so also not good welcome hotel. Its had a bad beach, most of the bed near beach its not in good condition. Hotel in lobby, elevator is too much warm. Do not use spa and massage in hotel , its not professional, but hairdresser is so much professional.
