Very clean and pretty modern, staff were very helpful and freindly
Check in was weird, no-one was at the office on arrival, said to call but we stood outside for 20 min as no-one was answering. Pool was freezing and filthy needs a major reno. Rooms were cold, heat pumps terrible, only gave us 2 towels even when i asked for extra

Every thing very clean and tidy. The bed was a bit on the firm side. Charged more than expected. What was the $4.35 surcharge for ? Office was always locked up . Staff member was helpful but not readily available.
Bed just a bit to firm. I had noted the cost was $110 on the web site, but then saw it come up as $135 but charge went through as $149.63? Price is now showing as $113 . Would have preferred to talk to a staff member to book and confirm the price rather than everything on line. Its been a while since we have stayed at a motel but preferred how it used to be done. This is not written as a review for your website but more to just ensure your guests are satisfied.

Like the space and how we had 2 bedroom and a kitchen was a bonus
Was so cold even with the aircon on draft coming through the windows and the bedroom and bathroom was the coldest rooms of all.
Also need some warmer blankets even though their was some spare ones still was cold.
