The beds were too soft for us

The bedroom was better than expected and the location to the beach and playground/park was great.

The pool area needs more attention.

Room are spotless/ All queen bedrooms are on the second floor, so if you have access issues you may need to consider this when booking.

Room looked recently refurbished, which was great. Nice to have a fridge and coffee making facilities. Location is convenient, as well as parking.

After receiving messages stating reception hours were until 7pm, I got a text at 4.30pm saying reception shut at 5pm. We were luckily already on the way. Although the bathroom and rest of the room was clean, the floor was dirty. The beds were moving quite a lot as it's wheels on wooden floors. Wifi wasn't working, the signal was too weak in the room to use on phones. We were in the room closest to the highway so road noise was quite loud. Wind noise was also extremely loud being at the end of the building.

Great location if you are seeking a casual beach trip, less than a 5 minute walk from the water & dog friendly beach. Room had great lighting, awesome shower, decent sized tv, lovely glasses and mugs, and cozy beds. Arrived earlier than expected and luckily our room was already ready! Staff were super nice.

There was no tea or coffee sachets supplied but cafe nearby!

Bed was way too low to the floor and it was very hard to enter and exit. somebody need to go and try it.

Great location close to good cafes and the beach. We had two family rooms, that were clean and newly renovated with comfortable beds. Friendly housekeeper offered fresh towels and bathmat each day. Great communication from property manager Jason.

The room was beautifully redecorated

At 76 years of age I wasn't told that I would have to climb 3 steep staircases with my luggage. There was only half the hotel open and not ready for occupation. not a plate or a cutlery in the room and no food facilities available. The heater was broken in the room so on a freezing cold night we were frozen and unable to sleep. We were told it had been complained about the day before. It was so bad we had to return the next day so could not attend the Lions Dinner we had already paid for. Parking was also hopeless due to the park being full of white goods ready for installation.
