The location is excellent, it's well less than 15 mins to the spot where the bus drops you anyhow, so it was an easy walk. The room was spotless and very quiet. The double doors, one into the entire room, and another into the sleeping area really helped to block out hallway noise. The breakfast is acceptable. Not great, but you can find enough to be full before a park day.
None of the staff over our four days were friendly. They were there, they answered questions, but no one seemed enthused to be there. And the policy of taking out your own trash is absurd. I get that these are aparthotels—but asking guests to walk ALL OVER the hotel with bags of trash to find the ONE elevator with access to the parking garage (we passed at least two that did not have garage access)—then you need another key if you aren't parking there to access it. All while trying to check out. Given the price you pay to stay there, walking all over the hotel with trash before catching my plane was not on my agenda.

The staff were polite, close to Disneyland with a free shuttle which is very helpful. They allow you to store your luggage before checking in if needed. There is a little selection of snacks and drinks that is always open too. The room we had was big and clean.
I required 2 pillows due to back issues, I went down to reception to ask for an extra pillow but they couldn't find one which I find quite disappointing. I had to make shift a pillow with towels which was the best. The toilet seat was broken, it kept falling off and I tried to mend it myself. Rang down to reception 4 times with no answer. No security lock for the door.
