Great, lovely, retro, chic, service was very friendly and lovely, staff made the whole experience worth it. I’ve stayed at 5 stars hotels all over the world way worse than this one.

Baths were clean and enjoyable. Room was large and the views were amazing!
Room smelled musty and the beds were very old. Futons were great. Cafeteria was too busy and loud to enjoy eating fully.

Nice Onsen with rooftop outdoor area. Pool area good for children and families. Good location to walk around the river. Plenty of parking included. Not far from Sapporo.
Getting old and worn out. Peeling wallpaper in bedroom with dirty carpet. Restaurant was huge, noisy with crowds of people and endless piped music on repeat. Tried to book kaiseki but not available.

"Both the breakfast and dinner are super quality! Open air bath is good too. Staffs are friendly and attentive. I will definitely return when there’s a chance"
