Clean, modern and spaceous aparment.
If you have apartment near the road it is quite noisy and the building lights are always turned on on the balcony in the night so if you are used to sleep in the dark it’s impossible to get 100% dark.

Object is nicely located, really eye catchy, cosy and comfy. Interiors are nicely designed and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the view of surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Ski room with blowing air boot dryer as well as underground parking was a very useful add on. All floors can be accessed by lift, and private Infrared sauna on terrace was a great surprise.
Even though store is just 1 minute away from object it would be really handy to have shampoo, shower gel and soap provided even for a 1 night as a welcome pack.

Very comfortable, clean and modern appartment. Kitchen had everything that we needed to cook. Very comfortable bed. Sauna was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and very good communication.
The street is loud. With closed windows it was fine.

The apartment looks new. It's well-furnished. An underground garage as well as drying room have enough space for all guests. Sauna is available every day. One slot is 45 minutes. A receptionist is nice and friendly. It's about 10 minutes walking to the lifts. A grocery is across the street. The nearest restaurant is in 3 minutes walking. A ski bus stop is right in front of the main entrance.
Ski bus has a circular route, so the hotel stop is always the last. On the way forth it means that the bus might be full, on the way back it just takes longer. It's not a big deal considering that the route is short. But we preferred walking or taking a car. A parking in front of Piz La Ila costs 5 euro a day. One can drop a car in front of Gardenaccia for free.

The apartment was very large with enough room for 6 persons. The property is nearby the ski bus and about 10 mins on foot from the slope.
No bathroom amenities, no clear option where to dispose waste.

It really was one of the best accommodations we’ve had in years. Spacious, modern, clean and all facilities in place. Thomas helped us out perfectly, and supermarket is just across the street. Highly recommended!
Road in front of hotel tends to be a bit noisy, but not too bad.

If they could clean the apartment daily it will be much more nicer otherwise everything was more than perfect

The location is very good. About 5 minutes by car is the gondola. The apartment looks very nice. There is also a garage for free parking but unfortunately not every car has a fixing place so it can happen that you loose your parking place when you drive out of the garage.
Unfortunately the apartment has a funny heating system. You are not able to change the temperature. So it is most of the time „cold“. In the bathroom there is a heater but it does not work as usually-it is the whole time cold because you cannot change the temperature. The problem is you cannot dry your socks, underwear, gloves for instance.
You get one medium towel for 3 days and then they refresh it. the apartments are great but some elementary goods are missing. But in general it is a comfortable place.

The apartment (Gran Ander) was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
We are looking forward to go back!
The big plus is the ski bus every 15min that brings you to the Gardenaccia or Piz la Ila. Amazing service!
