What a location. The views from sunrise to sunset. Spectacular. There are so many birds flying around the hotel which you can get lost watching for hours. This hotel gives you the opportunity to switch off and relax totally. The rooms were lovely and warm while the temperature outside was Baltic. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more friendly.
Accessing the city is a little tricky, but taxis are accessible and the hotel does have a shuttle bus but it is not too regular.

Lugar precioso para desconectar. Cerca del centro y del aeropuerto con vistas increíbles a la montaña y canal beagle. La atención 10/10! Los chicos del restaurante Nicolas, Cristal, Lucila, Roco y todos en general contribuyeron a una estancia fabulosa.

O hotel proporciona uma vista linda, silêncio, atendimento maravilhoso, muito conforto no quarto com cama extra grande e super confortável. Toda a experiência foi maravilhosa.
Tudo perfeito!
Senti falta apenas de um lugar para colocar o casaco quando chegava dos passeios.

The view from our room was wonderful. The location was quiet. The desk staff was helpful if asked (but didn't offer or ask if you needed any help).
The room felt old and had an odd medicinal smell. It was too warm. They included breakfast was a few storebought pastries and stale bread with some jams, ham, and cheese. Coffee was percolated and undrinkable. They offered shuttle service to/from town but the times were quite limited so we ended up almost always taking a cab.
