Had a good stay

Staff are really exceptional and very attentive. Location is perfect, close proximity to everything..

didn’t have buffet breakfast and choice of food on menu was limited. Electricity went off a lot in the evening.

Good Hotel, could recommend it any time, also good location, 5 min walk to either Metro station Sharaf DG or Burjuman.

The rooms where nice and clean, also had a room with balcony, very convenient for a smoker

The shower was hard to put in the right temperature

Comfortable stay

Although rooms were very small without any view, all amenities were available in the room as advertised. Beds were comfortable.

They need to improve on the overall cleanliness including rooms, bathrooms, lobby etc. Iron stand needs improvement.

Unpleasant experience

Location is good, near shopping malls Staff were polite

The place is full of ants even on the bed sheets, the last time there was a big cockroach on the bed... very disgusting ... Alot of noise from adjacent rooms and street, rooms are not sound proof... The smell of the elevator and corridor was awful... No hot water on the tap until you call the receptionist to fix that...

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at pearl.

The room was very nice. And the staffs who were working there was very kind and help full. Pearl is located in a very good place, closer to a lot of places i expected. I hope to stay at Pearl next time as well.

However, the breakfast was not so good. and the time it took for the breakfast was very long. I hope the break fast can be faster and reduce the time for waiting.

They gave us a smoking room full of cigarette smell, we asked them to give us another room they said only that room is available and other rooms are expensive, there is no preference option for non smoking rooms.
