the location was good for us
The apartment felt dirty, the bathroom was dirty, it was in a basement so the only light came through the patio doors however this was at the bottom of a service duct. The AC was poor and very dirty. Looking back at the pictures online I can't see one showing the apartment E2 which we stayed in

The location is good, there are plenty of public transportation options in the area. The apartment is cosy and clean. Good value for money.
A coffee machine would have been nice. :) The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors clearly.

Nice apartment in a good neighbourhood, about 30 minutes walk to the center of the city. There are supermarkets and bakeries near the apartment. We reallly enjoyed our stay.

Reasonable location
The check in was awful, laforja wanted to send me a code to operate the street door, my phone would not work in the street therefore how could I receive the code.. I had to access a key safe to operate the apartment door, this Safe was so high on the wall I could not reach it

The location was very nice. We had laundry and food nearby. The ease into and out of the apartment was stress free. The shower pressure was good.
We lacked some amenities. We needed an extra blanket for the couch bed but there was none. The apartment was fine but we have stayed in many much much nicer for the same price.

there is no door between bedroom and saloon. so 3rd person is mor comfortable. and you have to pass inside of the bedroom to reach to the toilet. so you have to disturb who are sleeping.

decently cleaned and situated at a quite and save neighbourhood with east access to public transportation and groceries.
special mention: host is very responsive to all our queries and fixed problems raised with quick turn around.
the sofa bed could not completely flat out and potentially broken. cleaning was not done at the stipulated time.

Lovely location, easy walk to a local market.
It was very basic. There wasnt any hand soap, shampoo. We were given washing up liquid and a sponge, which was helpful, but that's it. If you wanted to stay there for a week and cook, you would find it difficult to store ingredients due to the lack of kitchen space.

Super super efficient system. Clean apartment, the team has solution for many situations. The only down-side is the location but at this price, I think it is okay. Locationwise, ~30-40 minutes to the center by walking, ~20 minutes with bike.
