I had challenges with the aircon and the staff went above and beyond with helping me. Mitch, Shannen and Marimar (aka Mary) are amazing!
I know there are no windows but really windows will be nice, impossible for the building though!

The location and convenience.
Bed bugs after my bedding was changed on the Friday. I sprayed the bed myself to kill them and slept ok after that.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, accommodating and informative.
The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a large fridge freezer, handy kitchenette.
Perfect location for the nightlife of Clarke Quay and a 10 minute walk to gate 4 for the F1 Grand Prix.

Good location. Excellent fridge. Staff overall including cleaning lady and WhatsApp support EXCELLENT. Nice decor in apartment. Good shower with products. Free washing machine facilities. Great access for us (104) via external of building. Luggage store available. Somebody took the luggage to our room.
Checkin overly complicated. Had to change phone setting to make it work. Apartment too small to open cases. Bed only accessible from one side. TV only had netflix but we didn't use it anyway. Didn't like glass door on bathroom. Luggage facility not lockable. Staff didn't tell us they had moved luggage
