The friendliness of the staff. Came in a little later then expected, more than happy to accommodate. Made me feel at home when I came down for a meal, very polite and welcoming. The place was nice, but the staff were the best thing about my very short stay.

Wasn't there long enough to pick out any flaws.

the service on the Sunday morning was extremely poor. tried to have breakfast but told no spots available for seating when restaurant was not full and not said to us with any form of customer service. (almost yelled) Then went to front desk to check out so we could go elsewhere for breakfast. Reception was unattended that was and sign said to go to restaurant. same lady unpleasantly said that checkout was at front desk. I said there was no one there. she said go and wait there and there will be someone there soon. staff member was busy making her coffee and come back to desk after we waited saying everyone seems to be in a rush this morning. very very poor service that ruined an otherwise pleasant stay. 😕
