friendly, helpful staff.

This was a one night stay prior to being picked up to be taken to a cruise ship for the Panama Canal. Everything was just fine until we discovered we were in the wrong Crowne Plaza. THERE ARE TWO. We, along with six others on the tour got the wrong place. Absolutely no fault of the hotel. It was downtown and really very nice. Staff very nice.

The noise level in the hotel from next door (El Panama) was awful....never ending. We had to move to another hotel.

Food quality was poor.

The location, hotel facilities etc are all very good, room basic but clean.

No non-dairy options whatsoever at either breakfast or main meal in the evening. . No fridge.

Location and the staff were excellent

The room became slippery and almost slip / fall down next day meanwhile standing up, the problem was the room was cold and I switch the A/C off, which leads to a condensation overall the room with many water on the floor, I was not advised at all of such problem. They must advise this issue at the check in time, or sort the problem out
