Posizione, camera molto accogliente e ben curata

Tutto perfetto abbiamo dovuto partire un giorno prima e maria gentilmente ci ha rimborsato.

The apartment is small but clean, cosy and welcoming. It is located above Livadi, in a quiet area called Rammos, making it ideal for a relaxing summer stay. The view over the bay is truly exceptional. The apartment has its own parking space, although it is also relatively easy to park nearby. As on many other Aegean islands, the wind can be quite noticeable in the higher parts of Serifos, but it also provides a welcome break from the summer heat. The host was always attentive and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. The house was very easy to find, and both self check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Serifos is a wonderfully romantic island, and we would certainly recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient, especially if you have a car, as it is close to Chora and makes exploring the island easy. Communication with the property was also good. One positive touch was the complimentary breakfast basket, which was thoughtful.

Our experience was mixed. We never met anyone from the property, as the key was simply left on the balcony door. The room was very basic and needed improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The bed was extremely low, and the mattress was uncomfortable. This was not simply a matter of personal preference, as the mattress noticeably sank towards the floor when lying on it, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Our main concern was the bathroom, which is not accurately represented in the property's photos. The bathroom of the double room we stayed in is not shown at all, while the bathroom pictured looks completely different and considerably newer. We raised this issue immediately upon arrival, but unfortunately no alternative room was available. The bathroom area was also on a lower level, requiring us to go down three steps. The refrigerator was located in the same area, with a tray on top containing plates, glasses and cups. There was a small window above it, kept tilted open for ventilation, which was practically impossible to close. As a result, the tray and the items placed on it were exposed to dust, and the tray itself accumulated dust. Overall, the location and communication were good, but the room needs significant improvement in cleanliness, comfort and maintenance. Most importantly, all rooms and bathrooms should be accurately represented in the photos so guests know exactly what they are booking.
