Breakfast was great. Brought me back to enjoying my mom's breakfast.

Everything was perfect more than I expected.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good! The food alone is worth coming back for. The location was close everything we needed access to, including our friends, an ATM, good food locations,and near an event we were attending. Also, the best part of our stay was the tremendous staff, down to the check in clerk Michael, the waiter(Rohan), and room service attendant. I will recommend this location friends and will be only booking here when in town.

The WiFi was very choppy in some areas of the Hotel.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. They assisted in making contact with the raftman and the taxi man who transported us to and from the location. I enjoyed my stay there. I would visit again and I also referred my friends to stay there when they visit Portland.

the step was so narrow to begin with leading to a landing that was fill with rubble and clatter and smell of mold the orange and coffee in the morning was serve in plastic cups much distasteful

It was my first time in Port Antonio so I was expecting the property to be on the beach with beach access and views. I had to leave a few hours after checking in so I didn't get a chance to enjoy anything

I was expecting free Wi-Fi but only saw a pay option I did not get a pass code

u overcharged my stay overcharge the dinner I had no water should I continue?

This is a great hotel with lots of potential. Great staff, and great food. If you want a "real" Jamaican breakfast, this is the place to be. Again the staff were friendly and courteous and always smiling. The bed was was extremely comfortable which is hard to find in hotels, but I slept great! Would definitely go back.

It looks like there have been some renovations recently which is great but if you know Portland you know it rains a lot, almost everyday. There was some leaking not in the room but around the hotel which made the place feel very "damp and cold".

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and dinner as well I am going to recommend hotel tim.bamboo to my friends and co workers

There was this disgusting smell coming out of the bathroom which was really uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good at all. We had to order a night before - never experienced that before in any hotel, also options were very limited.

The room was clean, well ventilated and the breakfast was delicious.

The low water pressure in the bathroom and toilet. Early closing hours of the Kitchen and bar.
