Evelina Pension Guest beach House-rooms and studios means vacation beside the sea-swimming in the sea-There is nothing like a morning walk on a beach-Beachlife definitely has a different vibe

We had an absolutely perfect stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Kostas was incredibly kind, welcoming, polite and genuinely hospitable. Whatever we needed or wanted to know, he was always happy to help – whether it was giving us recommendations, tips about the island, discount cards or simply having a nice chat with us. Our room was simple but incredibly cozy and charming, and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the cleaning service was great, and the beds and mattresses were very comfortable. We also loved that both the room and the whole building always smelled so fresh and somehow just like being on holiday. What made the stay especially lovely was the personal atmosphere. Kostas and his family live there as well, and it really felt more like we were guests at Kostas’ home rather than staying at a hotel. That made the whole experience feel so much more special and welcoming. The location is also perfect – just a few steps from the beach. Perissa itself is such a lovely and relaxed place, especially if you want to enjoy Santorini without all the crowds and simply unwind. We can genuinely recommend this place in every way. If I ever come back to Santorini, I would absolutely stay with Kostas again. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful! ❤️

Everything more than perfect!

If you’re looking for a relaxing beachside holiday on a budget this is the place to be - 5 minutes walking from the beach, 2 minutes from bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, even a laundromatttt and places to book excursions. I didn’t have to worry about a thing when I was there because Kostas the host took care of everthing and made sure my stay was perfect, comfortable and relaxing. I booked the double room deluxe and it looked just like the photos - a beautiful shower with hot water always working, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner and a small tv with some Greek channels and even some English shows playing. The property has a terrace as well so you can sit outside and drink some wine after a day of sun tanning on the beach and eating at the nearby restaurants - all along the main stretch of road near the accommodation. There is a bus stop across the street that can take you to fira and then oia to catch the sunset, as well as other villages like Pyrgos etc. plus lots of stores selling souvenirs, clothes etc that are much cheaper than elsewhere on the island. If you want a beach side holiday with no worries or hassle book here, kostas the host will make sure you have the best holiday ever!

That I couldn’t stay longer!

The location is excellent right next to the beautiful beach. The accommodation is very nice and cozy, and the host is absolutely charming and incredibly welcoming.

Everything is fine. The facilities may not be the most modern but they are fine, and I believe the price-quality ratio is good.

Location was very good, close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very friendly, kind and helpful. He has a lot of knowledge of the area and the best places to visit and is a very nice guy.

The bathroom was old with rusty fittings and just didn't feel very clean. The photos of the bathroom on the site were different from the actual bathroom we had.
