Spacious, clean rooms in a great location close to MCG.

The internet was very slow.

Location , staff, room , terrace were fabulous!

Shower - water everywhere. No mirror near a plug for hair drying , makeup . Had to sit on floor in hallway. Designed by a man for sure

Everything! It was close to the work office and yummy food and coffee! The room was perfect! It had coffee pods as well as sugar!! It had plates and cups and fully stocked cutlery draw!! The fridge was super cool!!

Not really a negative but I tried to cast to the tv to watch Disney+ from my phone.. it was a little choppy.. the connection to the wi-fi wasn't user friendly either.. I wasn't sure exactly how to connect in the beginning.. after a few tries.. I got on to the wi-fi and then connected to the Google TV to cast.. it didn't work.. I had to download the movie on my phone first then connect to watch on the tv..

Location for the AO. Cleanness of the room and easy to get clean linen.

Location was perfect to attend the aus open, and ease of catching a tram. Facilities were great. Cafe did a beautiful breakfast and coffee was super hot

Road facing rooms on first floor were a little noisy. Cleaners leaving trolley right near the door was problematic as the entry door to the units is already heavy, so when trolley was in the way it made it harder, particularly with breakfast in hands from the Cafe.

Very well organised and friendly staff! Would recommend this to anyone needing something close to MCG.

Bathroom was to small

The location was perfect for my conference at the Pulman on the Park, which was only 10 minutes walk away. The service was great, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even let me have a late checkout till 12 on my last day. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and bed. I didn’t get to see the rooftop terrace, but I heard it’s beautiful. The price was very reasonable

Had everything we needed for a weekend in Melbourne

Nothing, everything was perfect

The property was spotless! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. There were extra bags, laundry powder, and dishwashing powder as well as manual dishwashing supplies. The staff were amazing and very accomodating and we really don’t have any reason to complain about the property itself. We will definitely make this our preferred hotel from now on.

Not a fault of the hotel but an FYI. The lack of parking was tricky. The two car parks on the website need to be updated as one does not exist anymore and the other is down a very tight lane and was littered with broken glass and no clear signs of where to park. Google reviews also show a lot of people being fined for parking in the wrong park. You can park at the coles car park just down the road for $12 as long as you don’t want to leave after 11pm. We left at 8am on the Saturday and the reception does not open until 9am. We were not sure about where to leave the key (we arrived right before they left so we should have thought to ask) so maybe they could update the information paper they give to guests to include this. Again not a complaint just an FYI :)

Location was very near the MCG so ideal for sport. Further from the city but close to transport/ tram line. Reception staff were generally helpful

The room was okay but very expensive as it was grand final weekend. The onsite restaurant/coffeeshop was not very good. No pool or gym. We had a very noisy screaming child in a nearby unit which was not pleasant

Location was spot on for the MCG. 7-11 close by with convenience snacks for late night arrival. Beds were comfortable. Quiet in the rooms at the back. Lock box for check in and instructions for late arrival were spot on.

Front Desk unattended but responsive when there Road noise might be a problem during the week

Very clean and close to everything. Walked to rod laver arena.

Car parking not on site. But easy accessible parking up the road.

It was extremely noisy. We understand our room was facing a very busy road & next door to the loading ramp at the Epworth hospital but were informed the windows were soundproofed. We have stayed in many different places in Melbourne & this was by far the noisiest.

Bathroom door quite frequently kept opening and I thought I booked a 1 bedroom apartment

Perfect location for our purposes. Needed to be self contained and this had everything required. Staff could not have been more helpful- above and beyond. Room was spotless and so very comfortable.

Perfect stay to visit my husband when he had an op in the Epworth. Room was clean and neat. I stayed 5 days so it was a long time to be in one room but fine. Being on Bridge Rd I could wander out to get some air.

The staff are really welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy.

The location was excellent for our needs, and the room was compact but very well designed and comfortable, with a pleasant and stylish decor.

As the room faced Bridge road there was some traffic noise at night, however we did book late due to the suddenness of our trip.

Should have spent money on the glazing. I could hear everything on the street and in the loading dock next door, making it difficult to sleep.

I have stayed before and been quite happy with the quiet room. this time, however my room was street side to bridge road. it wasn’t sound proof
