Lage beim Airport

Beim Checkin absoluter Anfänger und zu viele Fehler bei Eincheckformular, die mühsam korrigiert werden mussten! ZB: Obwohl mein Schweizerpass auf 5 Sprachen ist, wurde ich als US-Bürger aus Aberdeen eingetragen :—)))) 🤪. Zum Brüllen echt!

Perfect, very neat clean and organized. The most delicious breakfast.

This hotel is located close to the airport and i booked because they had an early service breakfast which i reconfirmed with the hotel before booking as i had an early morning flight and traveling then for 20 hrs so i wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. When i checked in,i again asked abt breakfast time and told me the same: yes breakfast starts at h.6am In the morning there was no breakfast at that time as they said there is a different time during week days and the weekends. As a result i could not have breakfast,i had to rush and was stressed. This is a hotel of at least 80 euro/night and they have not being able to solve the problem or others,they didnt even apologize or take responsability for their mistake. Also, in the room,towels were old and broken,the sink was obstructed and 1 wall was all damaged/scratched, they dont even do maintanance it seems. I dont recomment this hotel as the cost is really not worth it both for rooms and service
