Отличная атмосфера в отеле ,днем спокойно и расслаблено можно отдохнуть на пляже ,перекусить и выпить различные напитки, а вечером послушать музыку в Piano bar ,а потом посетить музыкальную программу в барах на пляже.Были в отеле уже в 3 раз и можем отметить что еда улучшилась после последнего нашего посещения ,музыкальная программа осталась на прекрасном уровне как и раньше. И мы подумываем приехать сюда ещё раз в октябре .

Небольшие претензии к уборке пляжа ,мусорные вазы маленькие и если в течении дня их никто не убирает ,то мусор разносится по пляжу ветром.

Great stay! Staff are really friendly and helpful. The food options are great at the buffet, beach bar and cocktail bars.

Food absolutely excellent and superb choice. Lots of cats which we loved. It really is all inclusive with almost all drinks and those in your room fridge included. Stunning view. Most staff really friendly.

We had a sunbeds directly outside our villa that was included but people would grab them as they weren't labelled properly. Lots of rubbish on the beach Bar staff seem very overworked, 1 6hours days, and sometimes understandably grumpy or not attentive. Ability to scan a QR code and order drinks at your table but often ignored if they're too busy. Made a reservation at one the restaurants and when we turned up they said we'd cancelled. I suggested they might have made a mistake but guest services insisted we'd cancelled and then decided to turn up anyway. Like when someone suggests you've spelled you're own name wrong. They wouldn't allow you a spare room card so you couldn't leave your fridge on during the day as it needed the room card. Beds too big for one duvet Cleaners and staff talking outside often at 8.15am Seats at some bar areas mouldy as they're left outside Our booking.com deal promised us a free massage but they wouldn't give it to us. However they did give us free champagne and booking in the posher restaurants so fair enough. Food v varied and great pizza chef No iron available - a really pain. Laundry service but nothing if you just want to press something. No snorkels available Beers were given in 250cl glasses (less than half a pint) and frequently a massive head

The most positive part of the stay is the Mediterranean sea. The sea was amazing during all our vacation in September. It was calm and warm. It was a pleasure to swim or to snorkel when you can see the bottom even at the very depths. Although it cannot be said that the marine fauna and flora are diverse. The beach is pretty long but but swimming is not allowed everywhere (because of the huge rocks I suppose). Notice that the bottom and beach are made of small pebbles. One side of the beach is near the bar so it is pretty noisy. But the descent to the water is smooth and easy to enter. That was important for my mom with joint problems. The other side was quit but with steep descent. The hotel territory is big and has interesting zoning. There is beautiful Japanese style garden where we could do our daily exercises and just walk. Food was ok. It was pretty much the same every day and became boring at the end of the stay but was fresh and tasted good.

The listed below could be acceptable for a 3- or 4-star hotel but for a hotel claiming to be a 5-star and for this price it is pretty disappointing. Information provided at check-in was poor. No explanation about rules, hotel arrangements and activity schedule. The staff barely speak English and couldn't answer my questions from the beginning. We tried not to focus on that and hoped to figure everything out later. We arrived around 12 and waited for our rooms to be ready and nobody offered us to go for a lunch while waiting or drinks. Interesting things started in the room. There was only one dispenser with no signs. Was it shampoo or shower gel? Where is the second one and conditioner in this case? Later we asked at the reception and was told that we can use it as a gel and shampoo. Not a thing you expect in a 5-star hotel. Also there are no bath robes, no toothbrushes, no small things lake combs and razors and not even shelves to put all your staff in a shower cabin. More interesting was coming when we decided to go the beach. They give you beach towels by cards. From 9 am to 6.30 pm. When I asked what I am supposed to do if I want to take a sunbath at 7 am I was replied like 'i don't know, this is not my problem'. They give you a spa gift card which basically means 5 minutes massage if there is no paid reservations. It is also said on a brochure that hammam works daily but in reality you can visit it only if it is not occupied with paid services. If you there and didn't pay for that they will just ignore you. We paid for a service for my mom with promised 2-hours procedure which was quit shorter and wasn't good enough for its price. And the thing to finish that day was the turning people away for wearing summer sandals in a resort. This is ridiculous. I can understand restrictions about flip flops and swim shorts but this is way too much. As I said food was ok but could be better.
