Le personnel de l'agence de location est particulièrement aimable et serviable. Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence une courte semaine hors saison, donc nous avons aussi bénéficié du calme. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le mobilier mis à disposition pour la grande terrasse est un plus.

Easy check in, even with a language barrier. We managed fine Exactly as described, right on the beach on the main street but still quiet at night. Beautiful location. Good value for money, supermarkets right next door, plenty of restaurants and bars. Bed was a little hard and so we're the pillows but i found a softer pillow in the cupboard. Almost everything we needed. Apart from a kettle.

No kettle in the apartment so we had to boil a pan for making a cup of tea in a morning. There is a filter coffee maker but no kettle.

The view.is amazing

We arrived very late and the building was very difficult to find. The map from the office is for car parking space and not the buildings, it is a large complex, also it does not correspondence with the maps on booking.com. A better map would have saved alot of stress , as we had small children walking around for an hour very late. I do not advise arriving out of office hours if u have small children . Some basic cleaning items and toilet roll would have being nice.

The apartment was right next to L'estartit beach with sea view from all the 3 balconies. The apartment was fully furnished with ACs in all the rooms

I was expecting some sort of house keeping. None was available.

The view!

Terrible second bedroom. Windows terrible, high up on wall, couldn't see out and shutters didn't open. Air conditioning was extra and when turned on gave out a terrible smell! Couldnt use it! Had to leave windows opened at night and listen to the Terrible noise coming from the young ones on the beach! Blasting out music and driving about on motorcycles making a terrible noise!

Localization, communication with agency and the activities available

The fifth bed was not suitable for an adult, the crazy lava was broken, but it was changed in the second week and the shower was also not good and was also changed in the second week

People are the best assets of Garganta - Rocamaura & Catalonia. All our issues were solved within a couple of minutes. Very comfortable!
