Quirky ceiling in room with a view which had all needs for a couple self-catering. Nearby taverna has personality.

- The double room was spacious, clean and, with the double-glazed windows shut, quiet. The hob may be a bit old, but the kitchenette is well equipped and the fridge is quiet. - Although the rooms are not central, the port is easy to reach on foot; allow a good 15-20', if you're carrying luggage. - The balcony is nondescript, but there's a spacious shared veranda that guests can use. - The hosts were very polite and helpful.

- There's no shower bracket and the shower curtain is too short - it costs so little to get them both fixed. - There's zero view, just a white wall. While that didn't matter to me, as I was only there for one night, I'd have found it depressing if I'd stayed longer. - The staircase to the first floor is pretty narrow. Navigating it with a big rucksack is not easy.

Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Great location - very quiet, close to beach and 5 mins away walk from ferry/bus. Lots of places to eat. Easy Wash laundrette 2 mins away that will do laundry for you for few euros more. Very good value and would stay there again.
