The location was great. The space was nice, not as spacious as imagined but everything was there. The view onto the slopes was wonderful. The little heart chocolates on Valentine’s day were a very nice touch and much appreciated. The room got cleaned nicely every day too.
Communication could have been a bit better and customer service- the price quoted for late check out was pretty incredible, especially as we just wanted to have a space to change, we would have not used the room and also there was nobody checking in that day. The ski in/ ski out as advertised is not correct. We get to literally put skis on and off just outside our door when we’ve booked this in France in the past.

The apartment was perfect, very clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for skiing.
We would be happy if the hotel would take part in the Val Gardena Active Program.

I didn’t like the pan because it was a no stick pan and I didn’t like that there was no complementary water. would be nice to find some when you arrive.

The beds, the wellness with sauna and steambath, the view from the hotel and the location.
The hotel was very reluctant about printing a receipt to me, and I had to insist to get one. It was not pleasant that I had to be so insisting about the receipt and had to talk to the manager on the phone before getting one. Since it's a 3 star hotel (once 4 stars) where you pay 200 EURO per night that is very dissapointing.

This might sound strange but the place smelt amazing! I don't know what fragrance they use but it smelt great.
The view from the deluxe apartment we stayed in was just like it was in the pictures.
Highly recommend staying here particularly if you are into hiking as there's plenty of amazing hikes to do in the vicinity.
The pillows were really really soft (and I don't mind soft pillows).
TV didn't have english channels or at least subtitles, only German.
