The staff was very friendly and accomodating
The property is a little tired and could use some freshening up, i.e fresh paint attention to storage drawers in the kitchen

Beautiful views. Big pool. Comfortable chairs and palapas on the beach. Walking distance to everything we needed. A/C worked great. Staff was very friendly and the facility and room was clean.
Nothing the facility could have done about it but the construction on new buildings was all around this building and just about everywhere else in town. The construction noise sometimes makes it hard to relax on the beach. During walks around town, there were construction trucks and cement trucks and dust being kicked up, etc. This seems to be pretty common in Mexico these days.

Excellent location, right on the beach and 10 minutes from Bucerias Centro. Pool was great and you could use their stairs right to the beach. Nice lounge area around the pool. Hosts very accommodating calling taxis etc..
Air conditioning worked well. Very quiet in the room.
Older building so elevators slow and takes a few seconds to get hot water in the shower.
Cleaning service okay but not rigid schedule it seemed.
A/C a little noisy.

the front staff was amazing, helpful, kind & could not have been more accommodating.
the linens (towels, sheets, pillows) were very, very shabby, suite lighting was very poor & old (buzzes when on), purified water should always be available.
