Kontakt z właścicelem dobry, rzeczowy, elastyczny i to co obiecane było zrealizowane

Bezproblemowy check in, wygodne łóżka, cicho, czysto, biedronka w bloku :)

Spora powierzchnia mieszkania, samodzielnie zameldowanie, Biedronka jest tuż obok wejścia do klatki, dobra lokalizacja i dostępność komunikacji miejskiej, bezpłatny parking przy bloku.

Wyczuwalny zapach papierosów (chyba z mieszkania obok), zabrakło jednej pościeli, ale poradziliśmy sobie. Wygodnie byłoby dla podróżnych, jeśli ręczniki byłyby wliczone w cenę.

Location is good. Just had slight issue with parking. As I expected there would be some reserved parking place but it was not. And when I called the Polish contact number it was offline, like: "the person You are calling is not available at the moment...". So I had to manage everything myself. But I managed. And the owner send me SMS later but only when I figured everything myself. The flat itself is cozy. Also the noise insulation is good as we didn't hear neighbours. The bathroom is OK. There is a bus stop nearby from which it is 4 stops to Metro Služew. Also there is a Biedronka store open daily in the same building which is handy.

There were only 4 small hand towels. Not a single larger one. I think You should provide standard size towels for every guest. The beds are OK size but not very comfortable. There are no kitchen towels - neither cloth nor paper - here I see room for improvement. Also maybe offer some tea etc.
