Great location

The room was spacious, the location was convenient, and it offered excellent privacy. I also appreciated the unlimited access to water and beverages.
The bathroom sink showed signs of clogging (drained very slowly), and I couldn't turn on the heating.
Most importantly: As a business traveler, I needed an invoice. The process was frustrating—the hotel initially told me to get it from Booking.com, but the site stated I needed to request it from the property. Business travelers should be aware of this administrative hassle.

The location in jongro is great - convenient for airport buses and walking distance to myeongdong and insadong.
Checkout at 12 was nice.
The first room we were given had soapy hair all over the bathroom and wasn't clean.
The second room was okay.
Had to ask for soap for the sink (e.g. or washing hands after using the toilet).
