Breakfasts were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good.

Dinner was OK but not special. Wireless connectivity was spotty and weak.

Staff was excellent. When we had a hot water problem the plumbing technician had it solved in less than 20 minutes.

I was late for my appointment and requested for refund for breakfast which they declined. The room was below my expectation i didn't have dinner

Not a professional hotel set up, with rooms being 'monastic' in character, i.e. in keeping with a religious conference centre, but at the same time not what a business or tourist traveller would expect.

I was very well received by Nathan & Julius. They are polite and welcoming. The room & beddings were clean. The bed was comfortable. I was granted extra time to check out. I was given a kettle to make a hot beverage & for my hot water bottle. Very much appreciated due to the current cold weather. The pool area is great to work from. Good meals & staff are polite & welcoming.

The cost of accommodation is rather high. Granted there's a pandemic yes, but guests are also facing economic challenges.

The staff at the was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to see. They even called around to find the cheapest transport to the destinations. At the restaurant at the swimming pool they were also friendly and even provided customised meals for my diet.
