Truly 5 star. The staff all spoke English, which other reviews claim is not true. They were incredibly friendly and lent me an umbrella for the duration of my stay and ordered multiple taxis for me. There is a small super market five minutes walk away, along with some restaurants, and 15 minutes walk from a local market. The area is safe. The onsite restaurant was delicious! They do take a while to start breakfast so don't turn up when it opens, but this happens all over this region.
change the breakfast start time to when the staff has finished the prep.

Great location.
First room was extremely dirty - visible grey dust on the carpet around the bed and windows. The shower also did not drain. Staff did relocate me immediately after my compliant.
The phone in the room did not work.
Works on elevators occurred at multiple points throughout the day without any heads up to guests, meaning you were either stuck on your floor or in search of the service elevator.
