Secluded location giving exclusive use of land and river safaris. All the staff were very efficient, warm, polite and friendly. The guides were a font of knowledge. The manager Gary was ever present, clearly experienced regarding animals, birds and trees always happy to answer questions. The facilities were excellent as was the food. There are pools and sun beds when you want to relax. An open fire in the evening for chats under the stars.Attention to detail is spot on.
Liked all of it

Greeted with warm moist towels. All meals were over the top delicious! Safari rides so fun, interesting and very safe. All personnel were wonderful; game guide fabulous! Everything sorted specifically for our party. Highly recommend!
No complaints.

Loved every minute of our time there. Anna and her team were amazing and looked after our every need. We loved that we could vary between the river and the Game drive experiences. Wished we could have stayed longer.
The road in is quite bumpy otherwise everything esle was perfect.

- The staff were really friendly, they made us feel like family and they were genuinely happy to see us, nothing was too much.
- The location is absolute spectacular on an island in the middle of the Zambezi.
- Although the rooms were tented which made it cold in winter, they did provide multiple layers and hot water bottles which was a beautiful touch.
- The heaters were quite difficult to operate.
- Although we appreciate the fact we were in the middle of the Zambezi and running water was a privilege, it was hard to get the shower temperature correct.
- I would be prepared for communal dining and it would be nice to have an option to take the evening meal separately.
