The location is convenient, the breakfast is excellent, and the cleanliness is good. The room services, especially Fatima, dealt with a kind of honesty, as well as the reception, by keeping possessions forgotten in the room, and this is a testimony to them

The air conditioner is at one temperature and central, which is bad, and there is no cold air conditioning for every room. Also, there is noise and disturbance in the high street.

It was a clean and beautiful property with good facilities and professional services. All personnel, specially Mrs. Pantea, the Head of Guest Relationships, were warm and helping. It definitely is worth the money you spent.

The room cleaning service was very poor and lacked very professionalism. I received the room on the first day and it contained items used by visitors before me. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom throughout my stay at the hotel. The toilet flush was dislodged and was not repaired until I left the hotel, and also when I requested an additional entry card for the room. The receptionist asked me to pay 10 euros in exchange for obtaining a card, and this did not happen to me in any 5-star hotel. In general, it was a very poor stay and was not worth the amount paid at all.

I forgot my mobile in the room tried many time to check with the hotel but they didn’t find it .. I have been tracking it through find My IPhone its its been theer for long time now its location changed to different place which mean someone from the hotel took it really disappointed will not return to this hotel again..

it’s an old building does not match the presentation on the pictures, very poor housekeeping. Toilet is dirty. The towels are old. Location in a poor neighborhood
