Perfect location to relax and to take some time out

Service v bad. Staff don’t understand international guests. Made mistakes about our reservation in restaurant / refused to serve us and were v rude. Not accommodating to guests/ don’t understand service and had to ask for everything. Plus the lights went off 3 times as soon as we entered the room after arrival. Room was freezing so we had to ask for extra heaters.

the hotel is absolutely poorly managed - the hotel manager don’t seem receptive and interested by feedbacks on how poor the service in general is.

We had a fabulous stay. Very nice staff and location. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Hotel is very renovated. Spa area offers relaxing times. Gstaad just 15 minutes away. Breakfast was 10 out of 10.

The spa needs to be checked more often by the staff. Towels were not refilled during high occupancy. Spa is a bit tiny but for a 4 star property still extremely nice.

Heater Problem was a truble!

Very friendly staff, nice location, very nice rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights,4 days. For 500CHF a night you would expect all the amenities to be open.We would like to book a massage appointment but 2 out of 4 days it was closed.

The breakfast and the sauna/pool were the best part! and the views are incredible. Great staff at the bar.

It was quite hot at night and pretty buggy with the window/door open. Not able to watch English speaking TV, but the cinema room is a nice option.
