It’s clean and beautiful

The rooms, the sheets , and the towels are old now. The rooms need a bit of makeover to make them look new and morden. Sheets and towels are no longer white, they now look cream.

Nothing really outstanding to note.

Stayed here twice during this trip (1x night each time). Used purely for the location as relatively nearby the airport. It is deadly quiet at lacks ambience. First stay, internet problems & changed the room twice before finding a room that had reach of wi-fi though still limited. Large grounds, completely empty - yet the staff chose to put me in rooms quite a walk away from reception, restaurant & bar. Safe & clean enough, but the layout, structure & decor resembles a prison more than I hotel. Overpriced for what you get. Would probably use again if 1x nights accommodation is needed in Lusaka before early morning onwards flight simply for the easy reach to the airport, but for longer stays I would certainly find something different.

The internet was bad, water was cold,the hotel was very far from town.

Staff were excellent. Our meals were delicious and the location was great for us as we wanted to be close to the airport.

There were many facilities (pool, gym, spa, restaurant, bar). The hotel is outside the city. I chose to stay there as it was the chosen venue for the workshop I attended.

Wifi is switched off every night at 9 pm and is back only at 7 am the following day. Water pressure was too low so it was difficullt to take shower. I arrived at 4 am in the morning (flight timing constraint) and I waited for 30 mn before having someone welcoming and checking.

The breakfast was fantastic, unique and innovative, it's just exceptional. I fell in love with the hot confectionaries. The place is located at a right spot, quiet and worthy for people who love to spend time alone.

The bar needs to have assorted alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Most of the food items on the menu were not in stock and this gave us little choice for our dinner. Give guests liberty of choice by having all food items on the menu.
