Beautiful apartment

Location is not pretty but the apartment made up for that

Location was close to the airport which was good and also close to the local shopping centres bahria real 5 minute walk and valley real within 10-15 minute walk all other places to visit all within 15 minutes by taxi

The apartment was missing an electric kettle to make tea/coffee - this should be included in the kitchen.

The lift was not working. We arrived a 3pm and could not book in until 4pm, for no apparent reason.

The apartment was very spacious for the money. A little near to the rail tracks, but then it would have been easy to get into central Santander from there if I had had the time. Once I had worked out how to turn on the central heating, it was very cosy, but there were no specific instructions about this. Being disabled, the large parking space and the wide access throughout the apartment were much appreciated, as well as the wetroom and shower stool there.

As mentioned, the apartments are near to the railway but I was not personally bothered by train noise. I would rather have that than noisy neighbours, and I didn't hear much at all from other apartments. I speak Spanish, so access to the apartment and getting to know about the facilities available was quite straightforward for me. Anyone without this might find it difficult to make themselves understood.

Great location for the airport (5 mins away!) Apartment was very clean and well located. You can occasionally hear other people in the neighbouring apartments but we didn't find the noise intrusive. The buildings are next to a train line and we were at the back of the building closest to the line but it didn't bother us (the trains run through the night too but it wasn't a problem for us). There's a Mercadona and a Lupa supermarket nearby as well as a couple of cafes, KFC and McDonalds. Would definitely use again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities and the swimming pool were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the house clean

We didn’t know where to go to get the keys and check in. Description of where we needed to go and get them was not very informative.

Large spacious apartment. Fully fitted kitchen... dishwasher/microwave/washing machine/oven with hob. Small coffee pot. No kettle. Adequate pots and pans. Lovely open grounds for children to play..park.. outdoor pool (supervised). Nice indoor spa with small pool (you will need bathing caps in all areas and flip flops). Strict rules to be followed! Great Chinese shop very close...sells a good selection of food and drinks as well as the usual. A decent coffee/bar/restaurant on part of the complex. Good underground parking.

No Aircon...no fans.. people with small children beware...low balcony rail and windows. Hot water in kitchen takes a while to come through. Limited drying area for washing. Not the nicest of locations but very close to a large shopping centre and several fast food outlets.

Proximity to train to santander. Only 4 mins walk and then 7 minutes on train and you are in town

The area has plenty of bars and restaurants but not really a holiday resort feeling. Complex is in an industrial area. Good for shopping too viale real is 5 mins walk with good shops in it

I liked the gym and spa. The swimming pool and outside area was nice.

A fan or air con would have made it more comfortable. It was over 28 degrees everyday

Quiet neighborhood and easy parking. Stores are very close. Large enough for four people.

Comfortable bed!

No air-conditioning in the rooms so had to leave the window open at night. Very noisy with people in the street talking at 2am. Drilling waking us up in the morning in the apartment above. People banging, dragging stuff along the wooden floor above us at night! Outdoor swimming pool was closed so nowhere to lie down or even sit in to enjoy the sunshine! Felt like we were living in a housing scheme in a high riser!! Would not recommend if you are looking for peace & quiet and a good night's sleep!!!
